About Me

Hi! My name is Cindy and this is my “Path of OM.” I've been teaching yoga since 2021 and have been in an education setting for my entire career (B. Ed HPE major.) I have been on a healing journey since 2019 and have experienced how a holistic approach to wellness helps one heal. In addition to taking Yoga Teacher Training during this journey I also used naturopathy, psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, chiropractic care and reiki to navigate burnout, trauma processing, hormonal imbalances, anxiety and depression, and an autoimmune condition. I feel that I have come out shining and radiant on the other side of this deep dive and have much to offer others who may be experiencing challenges physically, mentally, emotionally, socially or spiritually. I am loving the opportunity to share the transformative teachings of authentic Hatha yoga and its 8 limbs within my community.

Path of OM classes offer many strategies to take from the mat into day to day life that help create more ease and peace and flow in this world of noise and chaos. At the same time, yoga practice can improve digestive and hormonal health and help reduce stress / anxiety / depression. General physical, mental, emotional and social health and well-being improve as well. Students also expand their supportive community.
