Shipping

Most orders are printed and mailed out within 1-5 business days.  

The shipping time will depend on where you live.  When you check out, you will see the estimated shipping time.  Addresses serviced by UPS (no delivery to PO Boxes) qualify for flat rate shipping if they are within the following provinces and states:

Canadian provinces - This excludes the territories (Yukon, Northwest, and Nunavut)  In addition, we are not able to provide flat rates to Newfoundland Island (flat rates still apply to Labrador)

Contiguous USA (lower 48 states) - This excludes Hawaii, Alaska, and territories such as Puerto Rico

Flat Rate Shipping: First T-shirt $6.99 CAD shipping.  Additional T-shirts + $1.25 CAD shipping each; maximum number of t-shirts to qualify for flat rate: 4 (more than 4 t-shirts ordered will activate live carrier rates provided by the shipping company.)

 

Refunds

Refunds will only be awarded for t-shirt or printing defects discovered in an ordered t-shirt upon receipt.  A request for a refund must be communicated via email to info@pathofom.com within 5 days of receiving the shipment.  Include a detailed description of the issue and pictures if possible.  Depending on the issue, the purchaser may need to return the t-shirt to the printing company, which would be discussed via email between Path of OM and the purchaser. No refunds will be given for any other reason as all information has been shared in this description and the t-shirts are only printed after an order has been placed.
