My spiritual / healing / yoga journey has led me to this place of creation where my passion is to birth designs and quotes to spread joy.  I am aiming to uplift all those who wear or read the t-shirts using high vibrational ideas and images.  Clothing is such a fun way to express what we’re feeling or how we want to go about our day.  The designs are meant to evoke the beautiful reminder that we are a spirit having a human experience and to focus on what’s really important while we’re here. 

Why white cotton T-shirts?  Colors influence our consciousness, subtly awakening our subconscious mind. They can inspire creativity, boost productivity, and open us to new possibilities.  By intentionally incorporating white into our wardrobe, we can harness the symbolic and energetic qualities of this colour.  White supports our spiritual development as it is associated with truth, purity, cleansing, healing and protection.  White is also associated with the crown chakra and the connection to our life’s purpose beyond our earthly bodies. Wearing white gives us a sense of positive neutrality and helps us dissociate from the ego to convey the purity of being.  White also extends and strengthens the electromagnetic field of our aura helping us to maintain a higher vibration throughout our daily interactions by reflecting our external environment and allowing us to practice keeping our internal environment calm.  

Cotton, a gift from nature, offers a soft and gentle embrace. Grown from the fluffy fibers of the cotton plant, it’s a natural choice for casual or yoga wear. Its breathability and moisture-wicking properties promote comfort and ease of movement, while its smooth touch invites us to experience a deeper connection to the present moment.

For these reasons and for the feelings I can’t put into words when I wear white cotton, I am offering all of my spiritual designs on 100% cotton white T-shirts!
