HATHA FLOW YOGA
Hatha Flow Yoga is a gentle approach to flowing between poses while incorporating the core principles of Hatha yoga. Traditional Hatha yoga poses are held for many breaths before slowly transitioning into another pose, allowing for deeper focus on alignment, mindful breathing and body sensations throughout the sequence.
