Join us for any of the 8 workshops below exploring the ancient wisdom of the chakras through the powerful mediums of art, outdoor yoga, and meditation. Create a beautiful personal piece of art in each workshop while learning to create balance, peace, and renewed energy in your daily life.
Each workshop is designed to be a safe and nurturing space for you to explore, connect, and awaken the vital energy within. We believe that by integrating creative expression, mindful movement, and peaceful contemplation, you will gain a deeper understanding of your energy centers and unlock your potential for balance and well-being.
