Classes offer everyday practices to help infuse your days with more ease, peace, strength, connection, self-compassion and love.

Small Group Yoga Classes = Connection & Community
Participating in small (1-5 people) group yoga classes has many benefits. Participants receive more individualized attention, leading to a deeper understanding of the poses and their benefits. They receive modifications tailored to their specific needs, making the practice more accessible and safe. Participants can progress at their own pace and receive personalized guidance to deepen their practice. And, they are more likely to feel a sense of community and connection with others in the group.

During each workshop, we will delve into the beautiful world of one of your chakras through the expressive power of art, the grounding practice of outdoor yoga (weather permitting), and the serene stillness of meditation.
