Welcome! I'm Cindy and I teach holistic Hatha yoga to support you through your journey in life. Small Group Yoga Classes = Connection & Community
I offer small group (1-5 people) yoga classes so students receive more individualized attention, leading to a deeper understanding of the poses and their benefits. I offer modifications tailored to individuals' specific needs, making the practice more accessible and safe. In this small group setting participants are more likely to feel a sense of community and connection with others in the group.
